Traditional Tieguanyin 2025

Alongside our range of Qing Xiang Tieguanyin, we preserve the legacy of offering a traditionally crafted version, distinguished by longer oxidation and roasting than its clear fragrance counterparts. This tea was once again created by Master Chen, a Taiwanese tea master dedicated to preserving the old ways of producing Tieguanyin.

Notes of vanilla, fresh cream, and sweet blossoms unmistakably reveal the Iron Goddess of Mercy, yet they are wrapped in the warm aromas of candied nuts and spices. The smooth liquor opens with flavors of skim milk and nuts before quickly moving into more fruity territory. The creamy sweetness of ripe papaya comes to mind, along with the refreshing taste of prickly pear.

This traditional Tieguanyin strikes a balance between bright green freshness and deeper oxidation, making it appealing both to seasoned connoisseurs and those newly exploring this cultivar.
