All prices are given in Euro. Payments can be made only in Euro with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and bank transfer.
In case of bank transfer, the order will be dispatched after the payment has hit our account.
Free tea samples and complementary voucher
On orders of tea above 50 €*: we will send you free tea samples, personally selected by our tea specialists based on your interests and order history.
On orders of tea above 100 €*: to reward the particularly enthusiastic among our customers, we will also throw in a 10 € voucher for your next purchase.

For Purchases from Our European Shop:
- To Germany: Free shipping for orders over 50€. For orders under 50€, a shipping fee of 4,50€ applies.
- European Union and UK: Free shipping for orders over 50€. For orders under 50€, a shipping fee of 7,90€ applies.
- Other European Countries (e.g. Switzerland, Norway): Free shipping for orders over 150€. For orders under 150€, a shipping fee of 14,50€ applies.
- Turkey, Israel: Free shipping for orders over 200€. For orders under 200€, a shipping fee of 19,50€ applies.
- USA, Canada, UAE, Singapore: Free shipping for orders over 250€. For orders under 250€, a shipping fee of 29,00€ applies.
- Rest of the World: Free shipping for orders over 300€. For orders under 300€, a shipping fee of 39,00€ applies.
For Purchases from Our American Shop:
- Within the USA: Free shipping for orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs vary depending on destination.
- To Canada: Free shipping for orders over 150€. For orders under 150€, shipping costs are calculated based on destination.
Orders placed before Sunday 6pm CET/CEST are usually packed on the following Monday and dispatched on Tuesday.
Orders placed before Wednesday 6pm CET/CEST are usually packed on the following Thursday and dispatched on Friday.
The tea is packed in sealed bags. Fragile teaware is wrapped in protective material. For delivery outside of the European Union, all customs, duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Guarantee
At Nannuoshan, we guarantee your complete satisfaction. Below are the detailed terms of our guarantee and shipping policy:
- Product Satisfaction: If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, we offer an exchange within 15 days following your purchase order.
- Damaged or Faulty Teaware: In the event that your teaware is faulty or damaged during transit, we will take responsibility for all transport costs associated with the return. To facilitate this process, we request customers to provide evidence of the damage. We advise taking a video while opening the parcel, which will serve as a valid proof of the damage occurring during transportation.
- Dispatch and Shipping Liability: All orders are dispatched via DHL. Once an order is dispatched, Nannuoshan is not liable for the shipping process, including any delays or losses that may occur.
- Delivery Delays and Lost Parcels: In cases of delivery delays or lost parcels, the terms and conditions of DHL will apply. Nannuoshan will assist by filing a search request with DHL. Any refunds issued by DHL for lost or delayed shipments will be transferred to the customer.
- Insurance Coverage: The shipping fee includes insurance coverage, the value of which varies depending on the destination. It is important to note that this may not cover the full value of your order.
- Extended Coverage and Express Delivery: Options for extended insurance coverage and express delivery may be available upon request. Customers interested in these services should contact us at info@nannuoshan.org prior to placing an order for availability and terms.
- Return Shipping Fees: For returns that do not involve faulty or damaged teaware, the customer will be responsible for the return transport fees to our warehouse in Berlin, Germany.
