Huoshan Huang Cha
Beautifully cozy, this tea is the perfect companion for a relaxing break. The golden liquor feels rich, almost brothy in the mouth, with notes of chestnut, as well as a discernible, but not overwhelming roasted character, like that of coffee in a latte. In the aftertaste, mellow hints of chocolate linger on the palate, with the slight acidity of rye bread giving complexity to the enjoyment. A comforting experience for both body and mind.

For best results in gongfu cha, brew in the traditional gaiwan or in a Yixing teapot. Too high of a water temperature would burn the leaves, resulting in a bitter taste.
