Si Ji Chun
These extremely tightly rolled, vibrant green pearls seem ready to unleash the essence of spring, which this tea so fittingly embodies.
Greener than our previous versions, it surprises with a floral note that hints at orchid, but is also complemented by a balsamic quality closer to jasmine. This unique florality is balanced by the crisp sweetness of sugar snap peas, the unmistakable signature of spring in this tea. As the session progresses, the profile deepens, revealing the vegetal notes of tender green asparagus tips.
A tea that captures the spirit of spring, comforts in autumn and winter, and refreshes in the summer, all the more so when used for cold brew, for which it is perfectly suited.
