Milan Xiang
A stalwart member of the Dancong family, Milan Xiang can be both familiar and changeling, with different treatments producing different complexions. This one sits happily in the middle, with its usual sweetness in the guise of linden honey and a gentle but definite florality resembling hyacinth. The characteristic Dancong fruitiness likewise runs from astringent plum to fragrant lychee, but in any case will be sure to gambol delightedly on the palate, rewarding all who appreciate the ephemeral and aromatic.
