Anji Bai Cha Superior 2026

Clean and revitalising, like aromatherapy in a cup. Dubbed "white tea from Anji" for its pale green color, the flavour is also distinct from other green teas. The refreshing cucumber aroma pairs well with the sappy liquor, deepened by verdant hints of cactus and tender tips of flushing spruce. Even those indifferent to green teas might find something to love here. This is a tea to cool off with during those first warm days of early summer.

  • Water temperature: 80°C

For best results in gongfu cha, brew in a tall glass and fill with water before adding the leaves. Too high water temperature would burn the leaves, resulting in bitter taste.
