Shipment & Payment
All prices are given in Euro. Payments can be made only in Euro with Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. Customers can order up to three free tea samples every 120 days.
According to the German §19 UStG – Kleinunternehmerregelung (small trader regulation) the purchase are not subjected to Umsatzsteuer (German VAT).
Within Germany, the orders below or equal 30 € are subjected to a shipment fee of 5 €; above 30 € are free of charge.
Outside Germany, the shipment fee depends on the weight of the parcel and is calculated during checkout.
The purchases are shipped by German Post or DHL with tracking number for tracebility. The parcels are dispatched within 4 working days after the order.
The tea is packed in sealed bags. Fragile teaware is wrapped in protective material. For delivery outside of the European Union, all customs, duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products we will exchange it during the 15 days following the purchase order. We will assume all transport costs for the return of teaware that is faulty or damaged in transit. In all other cases the client will pay the return transport fees to our warehouse in Berlin, Germany.

Your Privacy and Confidentiality
All information about our customers, their orders, the products they purchase,and their enquires are considered personal and treated confidentially. We respect the right to privacy and therefore we will not disclose, under any circumstances, personal information to third parties.
We request the following personal information to complete an order:
- Customer name
- Billing address
- Shipping address (if applicable)
- E-mail address
- Credit card number and expiration date (if this payment method is chosen)
This information will be used internally for processing a customers order and to inform the customer of the status of their order. Credit card details are neither kept nor saved once an order has been processed.
